Today, I swerved to avoid running over a dead cat in the road. Instead, I ran over its head. The crack of its skull was loud enough for me to hear it. FML

Today, I ran over my neighbors' cat. I didn't want it to look like I killed it, so I put it under my other neighbor's car so it would look like they ran over it. The cat's owners were watching me. FML

Today, I ran over a cat while driving home. I tried to keep myself together but couldn't help but cry because of how bad I felt. Through my tears I failed to notice a porcupine in the middle of the road. Yep, I hit him too. FML

Today, I accidentally stepped on my cat's paw and she let out a deafening screech of pain. After treating her like a queen for the rest of the day as an apology, I accidentally kicked her in the dark, sending her flying up against the wall. I feel as though I should sleep with one eye open tonight. FML

Today, while going for a walk, I saw two bunnies next to the road. Apparently, I was scarier than the oncoming traffic, because one of them decided to sprint into the road as I walked by. I could hear its bones crunch as it got hit by a car. FML

Today, I swerved to avoid hitting a dog that ran in front of my car. The dog was fine but I hit a road sign, ripped off my rearview mirror, and cracked my passenger side window. When I got out to examine the damage to my car, the dog growled at me. FML

I accidentally ran over a cat once. It was a snow white cat. I heard it's bones crunch, and when I looked back to assess the damage, the snow white cat walked away. Still snow white. No blood, no limp. Like I never ran it over. I like to call it "The Ghost Cat".

it must have been a huge still moving dead cat for you not to miss it in a big old car. the safety of you and your passengers is far more important than that of a deceased animal. I'll cry a river for you when you hit a live one.

my best friend witnessed a chipmunk get run over the other day, half it's body was crushed so he stomped on it's head. he's really into animal rights and is vegan. was harsh, but the right thing to do. end my partially related story.
