I really can't stand that some females do this. I hope this doesn't change the way you treat women you like because I for one wish there were more like you out there. This is a prime example on why we are losing the good ways we court one another. If its any consilation, we do eventually wake up and marry the ones like you, we just seem to have to date enough a**holes first.

the joke is on her. one day far from now when her ovaries are as shriveled up as her heart she will remember with fondness and shame things like this. luckily you will still be able to get a younger and hotter girl pregnant long into your late life. dont let someone so shortsighted as her get you down. most girls LOVE getting flowers so keep that up!

Or maybe one day she'll grow up (literally and mentally), meet a wonderful man, get married, have 2 kids, and completely forget that she ever did such a terrible thing. Dwelling on feelings like that will just make OP bitter if he sees that everything in her life is going A-ok. Unfortunately, we can't always rely on insta-karma :( However, OP seems like a really sweet guy, so hopefully he will find a much nicer person to pursue in the future, and she will return his feelings :)
