to kansasgirl: I hve never ever had ance. I might young (17) but I always hve cleaned my face. no one in my family has had acne from what I can recall. I understand that it's partially genetics, but hygine really is the majority of it. as for the unibrow...I'm sry guy

ahhhh! Don't shave your unibrow!!! Pluck it! Acne shouldn't interfere with plucking plus you won't have unibrow stubble! Also, washing your face doesn't magically get rid of pimples! You people can't say you've never had a zit before and obviously your hygiene is immaculate or you wouldn't be making fun of this kid! This is a medical issue not necessarily a hygiene issue!

As much as I hate to interfere with your hate and anger fest, probably brought on by your own life situations we don't really care about, it's very possible to assume that he is not cleanly. I have terrible stress based acne as well as a genetic predisposition and while it is not always feasible that Your acne is related to your hygenie, I have never met anyone who couldn't control their acne to the point of being able to shave. I don't have perfect skin, I'm not on any prescriptions, but even at it's worst my skin is shaveable. I think it's fair to assume he makes no attempt to control it and is probably a greasy walking crater because he doesn't control it to the point he can not remove unwanted hair.
