First off, go to a health inspector and tell them about it. Second people saying he can make his own ramen, ya he can. But a ramen house adds more then just noodles, they add specail meat, spices, and veggies, that a packaged ramen does not have. I can see why he'd want to get that, it would be delicious.

I have katsaridaphobia so this was scary for me because I'm eating some microwave popcorn and almost threw it before thinking to check it instead...fear of cockroaches

If they clearly have a cockroach problem why wouldn't you just get your money back the first time I wouldn't have even given them a second chance that's so disgusting

Once noticing the cockroach, I would have immediately walked out after getting my money back. Sorry that happened OP.
