Today, my girlfriend of 2 years broke up with me because she said I was more of a woman than she was. I yelled out, "I HATE YOU!" and started to cry. She then took a tampon out of her purse, handed it to me, laughed, and walked away. FML
Today, I told the woman that I've had a crush on for some time how I felt. She laughed so hard that water sprayed from her nose and hit me in the face. FML
Today, I told my girlfriend I loved her. She left and never came back. FML
Today, I finally built up the courage to confess my love to the girl of my dreams. She turned me down. When I asked her about all the recent receptive behavior toward me, she replied, "I thought it'd be funny." FML
Today, I confessed my feelings to the love of my life. She laughed and said, “Nah, you’re like a brother to me, I can’t see you that way.” This after I drained my wallet for her birthday, brought her flowers and comforted her when her dog passed away, and fixed her car every time it broke down. FML
Today, I poured my heart out to my girlfriend with a serenade. After I finished, she told me she'd come over to tell me she'd found someone else and wanted to break up. FML
Today, I was out of town on a work trip. I'd fought with my wife before leaving, and I felt bad, so I called her and poured my heart out, telling her how much I loved her. She sighed and said, "Okay, anyway…" and complained about bills and chores for ten minutes, then wouldn't say she loved me. FML
Today, I confessed my feelings to the girl I've been in love with for three years. Her response was to well up, start crying, and ask me why I had to have chosen her. FML
Today, I fell in love with a girl who used to love me. She doesn't anymore. FML
Today, I told the girl I've been seeing for a while about the strong feelings that I have for her and that I was falling in love. She told me my words made her realize what it felt like to be in love. My words were so powerful, in fact, that she ran right back into the arms of her ex boyfriend. FML

Let's give the OP the benefit of the doubt. Maybe the woman was married/dating someone for most of that time and just recently broke up? Although it is really lame and pathetic fot waiting 22 ******* years. I would have gave up after 22 months.

OP, pull your head out of your ******* ass and put yourself in her shoes. How would YOU react? Would you be like, "oh well you've been creeping on me for long enough, I'm now obligated to have feelings for you." Or, would you react like any normal person, and ask yourself "then why the **** didn't you ask me out TWENTY-TWO ******* YEARS AGO so we could have a date, see if we have any chemistry, and then see what happens." You can't just "pour your feelings out" to someone you haven't ever expressed interest in. You can't possibly expect a relationship to work if you haven't ever been intimate with someone, or even spoke to them in an intimate manner. Grow the **** up, or better yet, just give up on ever having a normal relationship, you creepy ****.
