It's like when I got dumped by a girlfriend I wanted to dump -- it's just so much easier when they choose to leave. Evidently you were not good at your job AND not worth sexually harassing.

My last boss almost cried when I handed in my notice. She's a great woman, I was a bit sad to do it, but career interests and all. It also bugged me since I had a bit of a crush on her, but being a professional, I'm against pursuing that.
