Today, I came out to my parents. I don't really fit any stereotype, I'm just an average guy who happens to be into guys. Ten minutes later, I overheard my mother say to my step-dad, "Should we redecorate his room pink?" FML

Today, I came out to my mom. I had an epic speech planned, and when I tried to tell her, it all fell apart and I started crying and just said, "I'm gay." After a few seconds silence, my mom sighs and says, "Duh." FML

My dad told me he hated me when i told him im bisexual. He told me i better be kidding...but he left last uear luckily my step dad accepts me...:) GAY PRIDE

I would love it if one of my future kids came out as gay or pansexual or anything... I love and fully support everyone :3 Explain to your parents that you like all the things a straight guy does (other than girls obviously..), and that being gay doesnt mean you like girly things. Tell them youre the same exact person with the same interests you had before you came out to them. Good luck, OP. Ignore the hate you may receive. You are strong, independent, possibly black man who don't need no woman....Sorry had to..
