Today, my boyfriend, who is also a coworker, proposed to me in the parking of the store we work at when it was dark out. He came up behind me, and, thinking it was some creep, I stabbed him with my car keys. The scar will alway help him remember our engagement. FML

It depends on your guys age: If you're under 16-17, there is a chance he is not creepy, so you can look for other signals. But if he's approaching or over 18, RUN! No way someone past the depths of adolescence crisis can do this without having other serious issues. This does not necessarily mean he'd see no problem carving you too, perhaps he realizes he has this right with his body only, but he has hiiiigh chances of becoming an abusive control freak, and stalker material when you dump him.
