Today, at school, a cute girl kept glancing up at me, giggling, and looking away as soon as I looked at her. So naturally I walked up to her and asked if she wanted to go out sometime. She said she didn't like me, she was just laughing at how big a zit was on my forehead. FML

She sounds like an immature teenager.

Tell her you made a bet with some friends that you lost and that your punishment was to ask her out. That'll knock her down a peg.

At least you had the confidence to walk up to her. That's something to be proud of.

I agree, that impressed me quite a bit when I read it.

Don't worry OP. One day she will wake up with a face full of zits the day before the school dance, a party or her wedding.

I bet she'll just grow up and become less of a little shit. I imagine most of us did stupid thoughtless things as teenagers that we'd never do now.

You don't wanna be with a girl like that anyway. She's immature and mean

I bet she's just playing hard to get ;)! Everyone knows that zits are gross and not funny.

Theres a difference between playing hard to get and being a total bitch

I was kidding you dumb *****. FML people always rush to take the moral high ground...

Tell everyone in your school that she has crabs.

Spreading rumors that someone has an STI is even more immature than laughing about a zit.

maybe she was afraid that you would "pop the question".

Sorry dude bitches be bitches. Need to find a nice woman with her head on straight

Maybe next time you'll get the hang of body language cause giggling and avoiding eye contact does not always equal flirting. I for one find eye contact with strangers that lasts over a couple of seconds awkward.

The glancing away is because obviously she was staring at him, and giggling would be because he was looking at her. It's understandable that op thought she was doing it because she was interested. I wouldn't assume someone was so rude and immature to stare and laugh at a zit.
