Op here. This happened a few years ago when I had an older car. It apparently came into my car when a few friends and I went shopping to get camping chairs. While putting the chairs away in the car, I saw a spider web from a nearby branch on one of the chairs but thought it was the other way around (one being in the chair and going onto the branch). Learned my lesson and am glad I stayed *mostly* calm to be able to keep driving safely until we got to a convenience store.
