I really don't get why people are thumbing you down. As far as I know (I'm not a doctor), a person can't really control what they do in his/her sleep. Getting mad at someone for thrashing out mid-sleep is like yelling at someone for having a sexually-stimulating dream.

Not at all. The majority of people move around, luckily not to a violent extent. Personally, I nearly roll out of bed a lot during nightmares. -.-'
