Unless you left out something important, it sounds like sister is a psycho and she’s figured out that she can get away with this. Go to your parents with this. It’s not in either yours or sister’s best interest that this continues. If parents are unwilling or unable to put a stop to this you are going to have to stand up to sister’s bullying. It might help if you had a witness or video of the incident.
