Without more context it’s hard to know if this was a normal human reaction to an emotionally difficult situation or some sort of breakdown… OP, I am assuming you had a good reason for being so upset. Shit happens and sometimes it’s a quite normal response to do as you did. In that case I hope you are feeling better now. There are times when a good cry is part of the emotional healing process. It’s unfortunate when it happens at work, but life can be messy…
