Pay up

Today, I'd purchased a ticket for the train on my mobile app. Some idiot pushed past me on his way out and in the process makes me drop my phone, ruining it. A conductor then came to check my ticket and I got fined 150 dollars. FML

Not sure about the legislation where you live, but most digitally made purchases will have a receipt with a timetable, proving up has purchased the ticket before the conductor came to check. You may be able to fight the ticker

Not saying YDI. The guy probably pushed past you aggressively, sounds like. But you’re supposed to let people off before you get on. Just like an elevator, same with public transportation. Also, ALWAYS have a case for your phone. They make them like glass these days.

I’m sure you’ll be more careful next time. That $150 bill, plus shattered phone...yeah hard lesson. That really sucks.
