Not saying YDI. The guy probably pushed past you aggressively, sounds like. But you’re supposed to let people off before you get on. Just like an elevator, same with public transportation. If the app sends a confirmation to your email, try contesting it?
Pretty sure if you content the ticket you should get it removed as you should have plenty of proof of purchase.

Not sure about the legislation where you live, but most digitally made purchases will have a receipt with a timetable, proving up has purchased the ticket before the conductor came to check. You may be able to fight the ticker
She doesn't specify that he pushed past her while she was boarding. Could have just been standing around and he pushed past her.
