Out in the sticks

Today, the area I live in is so rural that the nearest Starbucks is a one-hour drive away. And in another country. FML

Next time you're craving a iced caramel macchiato, don't forget your passport!

Yeah. Living without Starbucks is horrendous. Have you died because of it yet? I would.

My hometown is in the county of Mühldorf am Inn! :D

1 hour drive? *Americans and Canadians laughing in the distance*

Right? How about living where the nearest Walmart is a day trip away.

Salzburg? Aren't you closer to Munich? But hey, at least Salzburg's a nice city.

Pfft that's nothing. I live in Perth (Australia) and the nearest Starbucks is in Melbourne... Which is a nearly 4 hours flight, let alone driving there. Both cities are in the same country, but OP could probably drive to Starbucks, cross through customs, and come home before the flight has even landed lol.

There's a Starbucks full service in the Düsseldorf airport :)
