This also reminds me of Gossip Girl w/ Serena and Dan dating and then Lilly & Rufus decide to get back together...creepy!
I bet your bf and his dad are planning some foursome..
Hey, you were with your boyfriend first. So when your mom and his dad don't work out, you'll still have your boyfriend.
lovely
Not that you're probably planning on it anytime soon, but if it looks like both couples are going to work out long-term, just make sure you guys get married first so it doesn't seem as weird...technically they won't really be related, cuz I don't think childrens' in-laws are considered to be family, whereas step-siblings are. Also, make sure your mom keeps her maiden name and you take his name, or vice versa... The REAL FML (not that this isn't an FML) will be when one of the relationships gets rocky or dissolves...
maybe soon you and your boyfriend will share a sibling! :D
By the time you're dating, I don't see how your mom's love life ought to influence your own. The double dates could be a bit awkward the first time around and the situation has the potential for soap opera levels of drama, but it's not really an FML at this point.
oh gross.
