don't blame anything else for your choice to nit stay sober. that's on you and only you. tomorrow is day 1 and it's your choice to stay sober tomorrow. if you use excuses like this to screw up anytime you get frustrated well you need to look in the mirror and fix you.
Did you intentionally hit your head? If not then they didn't do anything to you.
Self-harm is INTENTIONALLY hurting yourself. Passing out and hitting your head is just bad luck. You're still a year out from self-harming, but you should probably go to the doctor and ask why you faint when you get angry.
A phone system did not cause you to black out. That's ... that's silly. Also, if you were blacked out, how do you know that hitting your head was intentional self-harm? Maybe you just bonked your head.

How exactly do you propose this person prevent self harm from happening when they black out?
