Today, I went out with a friend to grab some food and we were served by this really cute and fun waiter. Stepping out of my comfort zone and deciding to do something crazy, I left my phone number on the bill. I got home only to realize that I forgot to pay the bill. FML

Just return and apologise, assuming you don't do it again it wont cause any hard feelings. I once threw up on a bar and they still let me back in that pub.

The FML itself also says WAITER, not waitress (which of course doesn't absolutely mean OP is female, but it's more likely).
