Baby fever

Today, I woke up to the sound of my newborn screaming. I frantically hopped out of bed and stumbled into the nursery where I was met by the priceless sight of my five-year-old daughter attempting to breastfeed her understandably frustrated little brother. FML

That screaming was actually your daughter after your baby latched on. I hear that hurts.

You know the saying kids grow fast?

That's a photo to keep for their 21st birthdays.

How is that an fml? Take a picture and it's "yay leverage for when you want your teenage daughter to do something for you"

Um, aren't newborns supposed to sleep in the same room as their mother's for the first 6 months? You know, for reasons such as these??

It's actually best to get them into their own room as soon as possible so they don't develop the habit of sleeping in the room of the parents.

Really depends on the baby and the parents preferences. You don't "have to" put your kid in with you and its not a huge deal if you choose to use the crib right away. Every child falls asleep differently

this is so adorable from your daughter <3 ...but to those people who say kids have to learn to feel safe without their parents: its proven that being with the parents as much as possible as long as they're still babies is actually healthy, they get independent on their own if the parents don't clasp too much. What a sad world where not even babies are allowed anymore to be dependent of someone and to need their parents!

that's adorable.! not a FML moment.

Oh, noes!!! Your house could implode from an overabundance of cuteness and adorability! And I hear insurance doesn't cover that kind of damage. FYL, indeed.

Definitely not an Fml lol. Cute though.

Aww, that's actually kind of cute :)
