Today, two customers complained about the shitty service they received from my coworkers. I apologized and asked about the complaint. Their issues were legitimate and I promised to pass them on. They demanded to speak to my manager and my coworkers got in trouble. Now they think I'm a snitch. FML

Today, I found out that several coworkers had been complaining about me behind my back for a couple of weeks, including to my manager. When my manager finally brought the issue up to me, he realized that I hadn’t done anything wrong; there was an error in our computer system. Nobody has apologized. FML

Today, at work, we had an extremely rude customer who started cussing at us, and my coworker started cussing back. I jumped on the register to quickly bring down the line, and apologized to everyone for the scene. A secret shopper was in the line and claimed that I was rude. I got written up. FML

Today, a customer at work said his table was dirty. I asked which one he was sitting at so I could clean it for him. For some bizarre reason he got pissed and called my manager over. He ended up reporting us to corporate, and my manager got written up. He's blaming me for everything. FML

Today, a customer filed a formal complaint with corporate about me, because I wouldn't help her find things she wanted while I was off the clock. We were in a completely different store than the one where I actually work. FML

Today, I was working when I delivered the standard "Hello, how are you?" to a customer. He took the opportunity to tell me about his deceased wife, his estranged children, and his anal tearing. After a while, I tried to help someone else, and he complained to my manager. I was written up. FML

Today, I handed a written complaint to a shop manager about an employee who had used foul language to my teenage daughter. I then watched as he took the complaint to the employee in question, they read it together, laughed, then the manager tore it in half and threw it in the bin. FML

If the co workers were doing what they were suppose to then off corse the op should back up. But they weren't op has his own bills that he has to pay and the 2 shitty co workers aren't going to pay his bill if the restaurant shuts down

I hate the term "snitch," it's so stupid. I get not telling on people for petty things, but if you're doing something wrong, or giving bad service, expect that there's a possibility that you're going to get in shit for it. That is completely on you because you're the one doing the inappropriate action, it is not on the person that notifies an authority of your shitty behavior. Your coworkers are childish OP, this isn't your fault, it's theirs, maybe if they were better employees and actually did their job with courtesy, they wouldn't have gotten in trouble.

If they're going to be irrationally angry at anybody, it should be the customers. After all, they wouldn't have gotten in trouble if the customers hadn't complained.
