Today, I woke up next to a slumbering girl I had just met the night before. She had all the covers on top of her and I was cold. Not only was I cold, but the sheets were really cold. So I got up and realized she'd peed a drunken night's worth of beer all over my sheets. FML

Today, I was drinking too much and I have to pee constantly, so I went to bed without my girlfriend. Hours later she woke me up wanting sex, but she realized that I pissed the bed. FML

Today, I woke up in a daze after a long night drinking. I felt a subtle nudge on my shoulder. I was at my ex-girlfriend's house, passed out on top of her, with no pants on. Her dad was, in so many words, informing me that I had to leave immediately. FML

Today, a friend of mine got a bit drunk, but said she was fine and didn't feel drunk at all. I took her keys anyway and said she could sleep on my bed, while I slept on the floor next to the bed. I was rudely woken up in the middle of the night to her rolling over and vomiting on my face. FML

Today, I woke up to find myself drenched in piss after a long night of drinking. I immediately sprang into action, tossing my bedding in the washer and hopping into the shower. Running late for work, I threw on a nice dress and got into my car. Guess who also peed in the drivers seat? FML

Today, I was out having a beer with a few friends. After getting a pint, I slipped in a puddle of beer, fell on top of a stranger on the sofa, and knocked my beer upside down on my head. at #24.... you really don't have a ******* clue what you're on about do you? It's highly likely they were just as drunk as each other... So it wouldn't just be him that got done for it... He would have a perfectly valid and upstanding counter claim which would negate either claim. The way you're saying it is basically "if a guy sleeps with a drunk girl, he's a rapist. However, if a girl sleeps with a guy whos just as drunk, it's still the guys fault" and that's a load of old bollocks. And one more thing, try dropping the caps lock a bit =D Oh, and by the way, not being able to remember does NOT mean she didn't consent the night before. To the OP, thats just unlucky mate... Hopefully next time you pull, she won't piss everywhere

Eladar, I don't agree with the law, but you're wrong. Even if they're both equally drunk, he can still be charged with sexual assault, and no she cannot be charged with the same. And yes, her not being able to remember is also grounds for his prosecution, not that I think it's right! But yeah, I don't understand why everybody says he deserves it. Maybe she's just a bedwetter.
