I hope your dig is ok... vet said that we may have to do that bc our weenie dog broke her back.. but the surgery didn't work so we technically paid 4000 dollars to put her to sleep :( :( RIP Chili

My dog had to have her anal glands removed, cause they were constantly infected. antibiotics an the vet emptying them didnt work. What the hell are those glands there for anyways?! ewww At least my dog doesnt have them anymore.

My dog released the contents of his anal glands once. Needless to say, it smelled /terrible/. I hope you didn't have to suffer the smell, OP. Because that truly would be something to complain about.
