i have vasovagal syncope, but fortunately this doesnt happen during sex. ask your doctor about midodrine. i take 1 pill 2x a day. it keeps your heart rate up. keeps me from passing out from ulcer pain (ulcerative colitis :P), sharp pain, or bad anxiety. physical exertion doesn't make me pass out, on or off the medicine, but once i feel certain types of pain, i used to pass out. no more thanks to the meds. hope that helps your version of vasovagal syncope. maybe it's anxiety?
