Today, I, a person who will be 21 in a few months, was mistaken for my mom's older brother. My mom is in her fifties. Apparently this is becoming increasingly common, because the world sucks. I didn't realize it was affecting me this badly. FML

It's not so unheard of, sometimes guys will go for women who remind them of their mom, this could from their attitude to their perfume and even looks. Edit: after scrolling back I saw someone already posted. So ya, don't take it so hard.
