Today, and every time I meet a new therapist for support, I’m told that my issues are out of their scope of practice, and I get referred to someone who’s supposed to more experienced, and then get told the same thing. I’m too fucked up to even get the therapy I need to get better. FML

For all of you dissing the therapist, saying that he/she is a jerk, etc., consider the fact that maybe it is out of his/her range of competence. Some therapeutic approaches are better for certain issues than others, and I think it's positive that the therapist was able to realize this. OP, don't feel discouraged and continue getting help. I would try a clinical psychologist now, who should be able to deal with something like this. Good luck.
