Today, my roommate came home and instantly began raging, cursing, and threatening to kill me. While I was cowering in my bedroom, the police had to settle the situation. All I'd done was rearrange some furniture. FML

I swear I posted this before. It sounds like your roommate has Asperger's syndrome. If so, moving the furniture disrupted one of the things she used to keep herself mentally stable. Other similar things could be daily or weekly traditions or other fixtures in or out of the house.
