Today, I finally came out to my parents and admitted that I’m HIV positive. Instead of being supportive, they made me call up all of my childhood friends and tell them to get tested. Playing at the park isn’t how it transmits, Mum and Dad… FML

Today, I got a "save the date" card for the wedding of a couple my husband knows. I was excited because I really wish to be better friends with these people. I emailed the bride, "I got your STD!" and hit send before I realized how that sounded. FML

That''s kind of cute, in a grandparents misunderstanding type of way. But, explain to them, and try to clear things up (no pun intended) with those they've told as best you can and hope for the best on your SATs. :)
