we don't know the whole story.. they could've been dating for a short period of time, she could be hiding it because of her family, or until she felt comfortable enough to maybe move in on his sister. we just don't know all the details

:( that is very unfortunate OP. being gay myself, I wouldn't ever date a man to get close to his sister. I know I wouldn't want a "lesbian" to date me to get closer to my brother if she thought he was "hot" or whatever. Some people don't have regard for the feelings of others.
