Even though I said I love you early in my relationship I don't think I truly loved him till I got old enough to understand what love and commitment is. 8 years later I'm going to be 24 and even thought I love him. The word love doesn't fully describe the way you feel for someone so important, because it's just relationships are so complex I feel like I still don't comprehend how much he means to me.

I've always hated people who do that kinda of stupid shit. It's like one year, okay I get it that's a milestone of sorts but I've heard of people who did those by the week/month. If you have to celebrate each week that goes by then there's not much to the relationship is there?
