It was a mistake, a very misguided mistake. The person should of inspected a bit before they took matters into their own hands.
Sue for damages
weird
After looking at the dolls online, it is safe to say that in the back seat of a tinted vehicles, strapped in a car seat that doll could quite possibly look like an infant/child.
no. they are hideous (sp). unblinking eyes. wide black eyes. and a smile with dimples only a cabbage could love. they are cuddley though
A toddler died around here from heatstroke and no one did anything about it (parents went uncharged) but then you have people who overreact to a doll
At least the doll isn't going to die of heat exposure.
You don't have to lie OP. It's not really your daughter that leaves the cabbage patch doll in the car seat is it? Just admit its you already... Lol
Considering a fucktard of a mother DID leave her infant in her car with the windows up and air off in 93 degree heat today while "she ran into the store for a minute", I can understand the person's panic and busting the window, especially if the doll was at an odd angle or covered with a blanket. Had the moron that did that to her child today not pulled off when she realized police were en route, I'd be in jail......... Sorry, OP, but I'm on the fence. You kinda deserved it and you kinda didn't. You should explain to your daughter why the doll in the car seat isn't a good thing when you're not in the car and the person breaking the window should've looked closer.
... Are you saying you're the person that left her child in the car in the 93 degree heat? Takes a lot to admit that, OP. Hope you learned your lesson and that the child never has to suffer from your "fucktard"-ness again. Second chances rarely are given in life.
It was a store customer that did it. I'm no where near stupid enough to leave my kids out there like that. The reason I said I'd probably be in jail is because had not that dumbass been racing out of the parking lot when she found out the police were in route, I probably would have beat the hell out her.

The doll doesn't care if it's hot...
From a distance it might be easy to confuse a doll for a child. But once they got up close I'd think they could distinguish.
