I don't think this is a FML, all you had to say was yes I'm fine it just feels really good so pls don't stop. So that way you make your bf atleast feel good and confident about what he is doing down there, and you get to climax. It is as simple as that. If you want to do sexual things in your relationship you should be able to communicate with your partner and handle things in a mature manner.
