Well of course it was going to happen - he was married to her. So he's used to saying that name when he's talking to his significant other - it's habit. And you've only been together a few weeks. If he's constantly saying it or still doing it a couple months down the road, or during sex, then you can worry about it a little. And even if it was during sex - once is a silly mistake - if it keeps happening, then give it a little thought.

who gives a shit? he was probably with her for a long time, and when you know someone for that long, saying someone's name is automatic. I'm sure he meant no harm by it. please try to be more understanding.

It happens. No need to be upset. My girlfriend has used her ex's name accidentally a time or two as have I. When you are with someone a long time, you form deeply ingrained habits. It will stop very, very soon.
