It seems the job description of Police in America is what makes them dickheads, if as everyone says, he had to do this. I'm amazed how many people are sticking up for the cop in this situation... this would never happen where I'm from as honesty and good intentions are actually still valued.

I don't trust cops. Because I've watched them try to plant drugs on my brother. I don't trust cops because I've had crooked cops shake me down for cash during illegal traffic stops. I'm an upper middle class white guy making $200k+ a year. I employ a lot of people and I don't cause trouble. But I watch these pigs with an air of authority abuse it all the time, especially when they think they can get away with it. Fortunately, I had a camera running on one and it was his last day as a cop. As far as who am I going to trust?? I trust myself, I trust my neighbors, I trust my family, and I trust my 9mm. That's all the trust I need. Certainly not some corrupt government organization.

Okay so if you are in a shooting, or you are getting murdered, who is going to bring justice? Who is going to go into the crime scene and legally bring the evidence? I understand you trust your loved ones, but this is the real world and that doesn't fly in court. Please don't generalize an entire profession solely based on your experience. Millions of police officers risk they're lived for civilians like you everyday, and you probably don't even know it. You have had terrible experiences with cops, yes, but please don't be ignorant enough to think they are all bad in society. If there were no cops to bring daily order, there would be a shit load of more chaos. Like you said, you are an upper class citizen and you probably don't see it as often. And let me just say, if your home alone and nobody in your neighborhood has a firearm, and a murder comes into your house and points a gun at you, what are you going to do? Certainly not run because you'll get shot

And also, let's think outside of our personal lives, for a hot minute. School shootings. Riots. Gang violence. Abuse. So you're saying that no cop has ever been helpful in these situations? If you were in a buildings and a group of gunman came in, where would you go? How would you survive? Are you saying that things like countless tragedies like sandy hook don't need the police force at all? Be ******* grateful. You might have met some asshole cops, but guess what? they aren't like that because they are cops. they are like that because they are just assholes. you think this police system is corrupt? go to countries like Mexico or India. You would come back here on your knees happy as **** that cops here at least don't support human trafficking and drug trades
