Today, I was at the mall with my friend when I saw my boyfriend in Victoria's Secret - with another girl. They were joking and laughing, and I was really pissed off. So I stormed into the store and slapped him. He looked up at me with an angry and confused expression. It wasn't my boyfriend. FML

Today, I went shopping with my two sons and my wife. We got separated after a while, and I spotted my son in the video game section of the store. I snuck up behind him and playfully slapped him on the back of the head. The kid turned around and it wasn't my son. His mom was none to happy. FML

Hmm. Ass-slapped man is an innocent bystander. His job would be safe. Your boyfriend, on the other hand? If he worked for me, he would be fired. You would both be banned from my establishment. This is absolutely inappropriate no matter WHAT the circumstances. You deserve it for lacking common sense.

Why would you fire the boyfriend and ban him from the establishment because his girlfriend was an idiot and came up and smacked his butt? It would be more logical to just ban her especially because he can't control what she just decides to walk in and do. I agree that what the OP did was stupid, rude, and quite unprofessional though so they totally Deserve the Embarrassment.

To avoid a sexual harassment lawsuit. Innocent bystander could file a sexual harassment complaint, and since the perpetrator meant to slap boyfriend's ass... all three of them would be involved. And then you've got fines and seminars, and strict new rules that need to be posted everywhere... Why not avoid the hassle and get rid of the problem by cutting out the middle man? Sorry, but if she thinks that's appropriate, boyfriend probably does too. Also, I live in an "at will employment" state. I don't need a "valid" reason to fire someone.
