Fake. When you get arrested and are being held for bail or waiting for someone to pick you up, you are kept in seperate holding cells away from others. They haven't had drunk tanks for years, you know where several people are kept in one cell after being arrested. The potential for violence is too high. This FML is fake. Nobody would have seen his speedo outfit, just the cops that processed him.

which warrants the question, why you wouldn't have brought at least shorts to the pool with you, because if you were walking back from the pool in a speedo, then you would have had to walk to the pool in speedo. which is just awkward.

1) Why would you wear a Speedo in the first place? 2) Even if it was for a purpose (ie: you're a swimmer), you couldn't bring a change of clothes with you? 3) Although I still think you deserved it....couldn't this be the equivalent of a girl getting charged for the same thing because she walks around in her bikini?
