If my twelve-year-old kid had no apparent regard for things like violating personal space, I'm not sure I'd feel entirely comfortable leaving him unsupervised. Maybe that's just me, though...

first of all, what 12 year old needs babysitting? secondly, he fell asleep in your lap? YDI for letting his face be in your lap. Thirdly, him taking off your top didn't wake you up? and my last point is that you are getting paid to watch the kid, not sleep! I would never hire you to watch my chld!
