The good news is you have one of the few professors that cares enough to stay after class and to repeat things when asked. If someone pulled that in one of my lectures they would have probably been kicked out, the professor would have made a snide remark about them not paying attention, or told them to get the notes or come during office hours. It is college however, and you can simply leave, especially if it was after the scheduled class time, the professor doesn't know if you have another class scheduled immediately after so they probably wont bother you for leaving.

I'd have told him to get the notes from a classmate and not waste my time.
