Today, I played with a boomerang my first time. I didn't believe that when you threw it, it comes right back to you. It flew back all right. And broke my nose. FML

I threw one before and it didn't come back. I didn't get the technique down right, so congrats on accurately throwing the boomerang.

I agree. I had a boomerang once and it took ages of practice to make it curve back to me even slightly. It's a pretty big fluke if you can make it come back on your first go.

A boomerang doesn't come back as hard as when you threw it, so I highly doubt it broke your nose. And I think you would notice something flying towards your nose... Not buying it.
