Today, I had to dig up my twin boys birth certificates for baseball registration. Turns out I had been calling both of them by the other twin's name for eight and a half years. FML

OMG I have 2 dif. sets of twin cousins and one set is 10 and the other set I'd 6 and I get there names confused all the time

Shouldn't you have realised this when you enrolled them at school? My youngest son is 4 and I can think on several occasions that I've had to produce birth certificates.
