Today, I got my paycheck. I was really excited since I've been broke for the last two weeks. On my way home, I got pulled over and got a ticket for expired tags. The $90 for new tags plus $135 for the citation will leave me with enough to buy a burger. FML

I know in my state if you get the tags fixed and take it to the ticket place to prove it has been taken care of, they dismiss it and it only cost $20. That's over $100 savings. GL.

that happened to me except I got the ticket before and I thought when my check came in I would have extra to spend but instead I was 40 dollars short and on top of that, that was my last pay check I would ever get from that job and I didn't have a job after that!
