When my family visited there when my brother and I were kids (while we watched a parade) it was very crowded. My brother later told us an older man kept asking my brother if he wanted to go with him, and that he had a box of kittens he wanted to show him. He was standing near us but since it was so crowded and everybody was close together, my parents didn't notice.

I don't know why you are getting thumbs down. This is clearly a sarcastic comment, and something no one has pointed out. It is incredibly crowded there. How did no one notice this happening?
