Actually, I came here to recommend the OP contact the office; someone might have seen the perp, or they may have cameras that could identify him. With the footage, the OP could press charges. Even if the OP didn't press charges, the doctor may still want to drop him as a client.

No it's not "basically" rape. I'm sure she would have woken up if someone tried to rape her. Whoever it was did violate her to some degree though. Rape is a whole other level.
