This could actually be a good thing! He is showing playfulness, love, and attraction (because he was feeling you up). Also, communicate to him what you want! You might have intended (I could be totally wrong) for him to be all over you, but he might not have been thinking in that way at the time-this is nothing personal on you OP-things don't always go the way we expect them to!
