Today, after seeing a girl for a few weeks on and off I sent her a text to see if she wanted to go out the next saturday. Predictive text changed "go" to "in". So..."Why don't we in out on saturday?" She stopped calling me. FML

Today, I went out with a girl, I paid for the drinks, and thought everything went well, even though I didn’t make a move, I guess I wanted to take it slow. I texted later to invite her to a private beach next week, only for her to reply that she’s not gonna be available for the next few weeks because her boyfriend is coming to visit. FML

That's why you should ALWAYS disable features like this. No exceptions.

You'd think she'd have the brains to figure out that it was a typo/auto-correct mistake... if she jumps to conclusions that easily I'd say you dodged a bullet.

Friends, I am from the future. Predictive Text will be called auto correct, and Obama will be elected. Twice.

I'm sure if you explained, then she would believe you! Spellcheck gets the best of all of us.

Couldn't you say "Sorry, I meant 'do you want to GO out on Saturday?'" or something like that?

It's easy to explain, happens to everyone. So if she doesn't want to hear it she didn't like u
