Today, after over a year of lifestyle changes and a ritualistic exercise regime, I finally reached my goal weight. I excitedly told my boyfriend, and he responded, "Yeah, that's nice, but now your tits are tiny". FML

Today, after months of dieting, I finally reached my goal weight. Excitedly I told my boyfriend, who gave me a beautiful dress as an early Christmas present. It was a size too small. FML
Today, I saw my boyfriend after not seeing him for 7 months. During this time, I have lost a lot of weight and am proud of it. My boyfriend didn't say anything about the lost weight. When we were alone and things started to heat up, he took off my bra and said, "I think your tits are smaller." FML
Today, I'd finally reached my goal weight. I went into the office where my husband was, to show him the new size 8 jeans I'd bought. He responded with "I wouldn't buy any more clothes, you'll be putting the weight back on again soon." FML
Today, I was getting out of the shower, when my boyfriend decided to ask, "Did your boobs get smaller, or did you just gain weight around them?" FML
Today, thanks to an efficient diet, I reached my target weight. Unfortunately, my chest has disappeared. My boyfriend suggested we have a funeral for my bras. FML
Today, I proudly informed my boyfriend that I am now a size 4, down from an 18, after months of dieting and exercising after he told me he would like me to be a size 6. He broke up with me for "not listening to what he wanted" and "being an overachiever". FML
Today, my boyfriend suggested I try on some old clothes, after weeks of eating better and exercising. The good news: they fit again, and are even a little bit loose. The bad news: somehow, I look fatter now than I did before I started trying to lose weight. FML
Today, I noticed that I've been gaining some weight. Don't worry, my boyfriend doesn't mind. His new favorite thing is putting my boobs on his head and saying he feels "safe". FML
Today, I officially completed my weight loss journey, only for my wife, who'd previously threatened to divorce me if I didn't lose weight, to tell me that she realized she liked me better when I was fat and that "you don't know what you have until it's gone." FML
Today, I realized that the only part of my body that has had a reduction in size from changing my diet and working out isn't my stomach or my thighs but my already undersized breasts. FML

yeah but first of all- that cost money. and a lot. second of all, you have to get the stuff replaced every what, ten years they said? what if you cant afford the replacements? you want to walk around with radioactive junk all up in there making you sick? think a little... im small, and i always wanted to get something done, until i found out all the health risks. id take tiny **** over amputated ones any day...

Actually lots of studies show the safety has improved, as have types of implants available. There is a new type that only has a 1% chance of having capsular issues (which previously has been a common problem) over a period of 15-20 years. As for blood related problems through tests a good doctor will advise you of the risks for your specific case. I have had mine a year, done everything as instructed and have had no issues.

I didnt even realise **** could shrink when losing weight! I lose a stone over the last year and went down from a 36F to a 32F... I thought it was just milk glands.

36F to 32F is NOT breast shrinkage. You lost fat from your chest, not from your breasts. And that is a good thing. Consider yourself lucky. Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be the OP's case.
