Today, after months of helping my mother with bills because she claimed she had no money, I found out she makes way more than what I do. She just wanted my money for alcohol and drugs. FML

That is so sad and messed up. Rule of thumb I use when family asks for money is I ask what is it for. If bills I ask for it and pay it myself. Groceries I'll go to the store let them pick out what they need and pay for it. I never give them cash.

I know having someone with addiction problems inside the family can be hard, you have to stop giving her money and star offering help with her problems, however if she doesn't want to be helped there is nothing you can do about it.
