You lose your virginity as soon as you have intercourse - the hymen does NOT need to be broken. There's no such thing as still "physically" being a virgin.

The hymen has an opening and isn't supposed to break during sex, if it does you've torn something which is common. If the hymen fully covered the ****** how would the period blood come out?

BROKEN HYMEN DOES NOT EQUAL VIRGINITY LOST. Your hymen isn't even supposed to "break" or "pop" during the first time. If there's bleeding, you did something wrong. Ten minutes on Google gives you all this information.
