Can you sue them for the money? Did they not have homeowners insurance? How did you not know the money was missing from your account? You need to remove them from all access to your money!

I agree with Longvalleygirl, sue them? I think if a parent did that to me I know mine wouldn't but if they did, I would take them to court to get reimbursed the money they stole from me, that is theft.
