Exactly how big is this buckle? Or rather, how small is your sack? Not trying to be cheeky here, but it just seems to me that under any normal condition, this CAN'T happen. You would have to have been naked, or at least have been going commando, with pants unzipped, and purposely shove your sack into the buckle for this to happen. If I sound ignorant right now, it's only because I lack imagination.
