Today, while running an event, my belt loop got caught in those metal whorls that outdoor chairs have. I couldn't get it undone and had to greet guests by standing up and bringing the chair with me, hanging from my ass. My coworker finally had to cut the belt loop to set me free. FML

At least it'll be a memorable event! Congrats on leaving an impression on your coworkers, but sorry to hear about your pants.

Way to fly by the seat of your pants.

Ouch. Are you ok?

Sounds like OP's fine, but I wonder how the chair's doing.

I'm sure the chair will be fine with all that Vitamin A(ss)!

It was the general FML. And I'm a laydeeee.

that must suck a special kind of suck. I bet it was embarrasing, was it?

at least you made an impression

How does that even happen? That sounds so unlucky. Hopefully the guests had a good laugh!

yeah, why couldn't you just pull it out of where it was caught? or am I just missing something really obvious?

Crap like this happens. Once you're stuck it can become impossible to free yourself, or takes too much time, Sounds like he didn't have the time. Then you have the person that should easily be able to get you free with no destruction, but just doesn't have the brain power, or both party's involved just say F it, cut me out.

why didn't you take the belt off then put it back on when you were free from the chair??

belt loop, not belt.

Yeah, I re-read and realized my mistake just after the edit time went out v.v

That just sucks..

reminds me of when you run through the house and get your pinky toe caught on the corner of some furniture! ouch!

Am I missing something or is this just a really bad comparison?

How does clothes catching on things have anything to do with intelligence? Sounds like you're the brickmason, here.
